Nancy Drontle – Paralegal, Office Manager

Nancy Drontle joined Malone & Atchison (now, Malone Bailey) in 1993 when they opened their St. Cloud Office. She has worked alongside John Malone, Dennis Atchison, Elizabeth Henning and Heather Bailey. Nancy is responsible for working with clients throughout their claim to enhance the care and experience each client receives at Malone Bailey. In addition to client case work, she is also office manager of Malone Bailey. Nancy is widely respected throughout the workers’ compensation legal community for her expertise, her responsiveness and her attention to detail.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys biking, hiking, running, music, playing guitar, gardening, but most importantly, spending time with her husband and family, including six precious grandchildren who keep her laughing and bring her endless joy.
